Welcome to Hanna & Co Luxury Jewellery!

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") outline the rules and regulations governing your use of our website and the purchase of our products (collectively, "Services") offered by Beauty Resident LTD, trading as Hanna & Co Luxury Jewellery ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you cannot use our Services.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays and peak seasons). Please ensure your shipping address is complete and in English letters.

3. Shipping

Orders proceed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends/Bank holidays and busier times in the year such as around Valentine's Day, Black Friday and Christmas orders may take up to 5 working days to be dispatched)

  • Please always fill out your shipping name, and address in English letters

  • Free shipping on orders over £40.00 ( UK)

  • Royal Mail 48 tracked (2-5 working days) £4.50 (UK)

  • Special Delivery (1-2 working days) £8.50 (UK)

  • Ireland and EU tracked delivery (5-7 days) £8.00

  • Taxes and other duties. The customer is responsible for any duty fees and taxis that may be paid. Hanna & Co Luxury Jewellery is not required to inform the customers of such additional costs and is not required to refund such costs to the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be delighted with your jewellery! You can return any unworn item in its original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

Here's how to return your item:

  1. Print out return form.

  2. Securely pack your unworn jewellery in its original packaging with the completed return form.

  3. Clearly mark the package as a "Return" and send it back to us using a tracked service (we recommend obtaining proof of postage).

Please note:

  • We are unable to accept returns for earrings or pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

  • Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

  • We will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your returned item.

5. Damaged Goods

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at infohannaco@gmail.com. We will require a photo of the damage and may request the return of the item for inspection.

Upon verification of the damage, we will offer you a choice of:

  • A full refund for the damaged item, including any applicable shipping costs.

  • A replacement item (if available).

6. Disclaimer

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or products.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of our Services and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The revised Terms will be effective immediately upon their posting on our website.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
