We want you to be delighted with your jewellery! You can return any unworn item in its original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

Securely pack your unworn jewellery in its original packaging with the completed return form.

Clearly mark the package as a "Return" and send it back to us using a tracked service (we recommend obtaining proof of postage).

Please note:

We are unable to accept returns for earrings or pierced jewellery for hygiene reasons (unless faulty).

Personalised or engraved items cannot be returned unless faulty.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us.

We will process your refund within 14 business days of receiving your returned item.
